On the grounds of Mala Mala Conservation Area, a herd of wild buffalo was grazing slowly when suddenly discovered a herd of lions. The wild buffalo hurriedly fled and scattered. However, what the lions were aiming for was a young buffalo. Very quickly they took down this small prey.
The young were attacked by the lions, and the buffalo herd’s instinct to protect the young emerged. At the time when it seemed that the young buffalo had been called by death, the whole herd turned to attack the lion.
Before the aggression of the buffalo herd, the lions had to give in. The clash between the two species ensued with successive attacks and counterattacks towards each other. Only when feeling unsatisfactory, the lions give up.
In the clip, a lone buffalo is being attacked by two lions. Although alone, the buffalo not only refused to submit but turned to counterattack strongly. However, just minutes later, it was defeated by two hungry predators.

Perhaps the buffalo herd had heard the cries of their fellow human beings, so they flocked to them and surrounded the two lions. When the enemy rushed to attack, the two lions had to leave their prey and try to run away.
Wild buffalo with strength and aggression are not usually the prey of choice for lions. However, when too hungry, lions still risk their lives to fight with this aggressive prey. However, in this hunt, the two lions had no luck.
