While visiting Kruger National Park in South Africa, Pieter van Wyk captured an extremely impressive moment in the wildlife world. That is the scene of the buffalo herd attacking the lion to rescue the baby buffalo.
Before that, the lions had easily captured a young buffalo. Hearing the cries of their fellow men, the buffalo herd quickly gathered to attack the lions to rescue the young.
However, before the threat of the lions, the buffaloes were a little afraid, so they could only watch. An adult buffalo risked its life to ram the lion, but because there were too many predators, the buffalo had to give up.
In the end, the herd of buffaloes gave up their young and no one stepped in to save them. This makes the young buffalo an easy meal for the lions.
