The clip is more than 2 minutes long, recording a terrifying battle between a wild buffalo and a male lion in the Luangwa National Reserve (Zambia).
The male lion appears to be old and has not been able to find food for several days. Therefore, it tries to use what little strength it has left to hunt an adult buffalo.
But this decision made the lion not only not be able to defeat the prey, but also received many fatal blows from the sharp horns of the buffalo, causing it to be seriously injured and sprawled on the ground.
Even so, the lion did not give up. When the buffalo was about to leave, the lion continued to leap and pounce on the prey from behind. As a result, the lion continued to receive more counterattacks from the enemy.
Facing the lion’s stubbornness, another buffalo in the herd rushed forward and launched a fatal blow for the lion. This attack left it lying on the ground waiting to die.
