Life-and-death battle between giant python Anaconda and crocodile Caiman, a broken head, a suffocating person

Caiman crocodiles are a subfamily of crocodiles distributed in Central and South America, especially in the forests of South America. This is a small, scaly crocodile that lives mainly at night. Despite being a carnivore, they are not too big a threat in the Amazonian waters. Due to their small size and solitary lifestyle, crocodiles are difficult to compete with carnivores in the same area such as otters, even becoming the favorite prey of jaguars and pythons.

One of the most notorious pythons in South America is the Anaconda. They are the largest python species in the world in terms of weight. Adults can reach 100kg. In terms of length, they can reach 5-7m, only inferior to brocade pythons in the entire reptile family.

This python is a ferocious predator in the Amazonian waters. Not possessing venom like snakes, Anaconda pythons use their own massive body as a weapon. They wrap their bodies tightly around their prey, squeezing so tightly that the victim dies from suffocation, organ rupture or internal bleeding. After the prey dies, the giant python will swallow the entire victim into the stomach.

In the video, the large python grabs a Caiman crocodile, wraps its body around the prey and gradually squeezes its body to finish the prey. However, the Caiman crocodile is not a mediocre prey either. Before dying, it caught the python’s head in its mouth, determined not to let go.

The tighter the python squeezes, the deeper the crocodile’s sharp teeth are pinned into the predator’s head. In the end, both died, the crocodile died of suffocation and the python broke its head.
