The Martial Eagle is one of the most hunted birds in the world. Martial Eagles are hunted due to their hunting habits targeting livestock and betting games in the area. Local farmers and game managers often seek to capture or remove Martial eagles. Currently, the Martial eagle is listed as an endangered species in the Red Book.

During a trip to South Africa’s Kruger National Park, the group of tourists had the opportunity to get up close to the rare Martial eagle and could clearly see the bird sticking its claws into a giant lizard.

The images from the video taken by tourists show that the huge eagle is standing on the back of a giant lizard.

The prey of Martial eagle was pecked blindly and died under the sharp claws of Africa’s largest bird of prey.
