These images were filmed by Hannes Joubert, a tour guide, at Kruger National Park (South Africa) at the end of April and recently posted by the Daily Mail.
The group of tourists then witnessed a rare fight between wildebeest and two lions, with a rather surprising outcome.
The first part of the video shows the wildebeest in a completely disadvantageous position, when two lions knock it down to the ground, preparing to eat it. However, at the fragile border with death, the wildebeest suddenly rose up and fought fiercely to keep their lives.
After struggling for a while, the brave wildebeest knocked down one lion, then caused the remaining lion to curl up and run away.
